Where can i get washeble nappies from and also some plastic mitts?

i am new to uk anb 33 wks pregnant its my first baby,i cant afford fuul time disposable nappies so,i want some reusable napiies and some plastic mitts to keep below the baby to protect cloths incase of leekage when some one is holding the baby,i wiil keep some piece of cloth on the miits and the baby will be not packed to give some relaxation.cz baby get irritated from full time nappy nd chances of rashes are higher
