What Should I do??? Please help!?

On Jan 8, 2008 I found out that my husband of four years have been sending flirty emails/naked pics to his co-worker. (Mind you, before we were married he would always look at , and I caught him texting "so called internet friends") But I forgave him, and ultimately let my guard down like a fool He swore that nothing happened between him and his co-worker...and that it was "just flirting out of control". I couldn't handle it...so my son and I stayed with my mom for a few weeks. Well, eventually my son and I came back.... and we are now in family counseling. However, I can't seem to get over this at all...my heart is broken and I feel betrayed. Granted, my husband comes home on time every night, but he did also when he was texing this other girl, so I can't tell if he is still involved with her or not. (They still work together) We have a baby, house, and bills together. But, for some reason something is telling me to cut my loses now. Should I try to forgive him, or move on?
