What are the best fast roller skates to get?

I am unfamiliar with the Mystic brand but as long as the boots are comfortable, they will work for now and are a good starting point. The response you got about bearings is correct but for outside and depending on your ability, an ABEC 5 or higher is fine. You also might want to check the bolts that hold your wheels on to the axles to make sure that when you spin them they spin for an extended period of time. If they don't, loosen those bolts. Finally, get outdoor wheels. They are of a different composite than indoor wheels (which you probably have now) and make skating outside much easier.
