What happen to the minibus of KL ?

the sight of the pink minibus in KL kinda pollute the scene. i used to love it too but after traveling to bangkok, india, europe and currently living in america, i think its better to have somekind of environmentally friendly busses and light transit trains. i think KL need more LRT that goes to housing areas instead of the malls and golf course. maybe the gov't should also issue special fares for gov't servant and students. public transport is cool but i think we are way p the pink minibuses.
