How should i study for my ap world history midterm?

my teacher says it is very very hard, it is all multiple choice questions, and its based off of 5 lengthy chapters in my textbook.... i have 10 days to study and i dont feel like cramming, nor do i feel like reading the chapters again, and i lost most of my notes but i still have my outlines even though they arent very detailed... how should i study for this?
