Purchased a house, no radiators in part of the house?

I have purchased a 1960's house. There are radiators in the kitchen and lounge area, but after looking , I did not see any in the bedrooms or bathroom. There is an electric heater in the pageway on the ground floor. On the top floors, bedrooms, pageway and bathroom there are no radiators. There is a boiler in the property. Is this normal?
