I Haven't Had My Period?!?!?

Okay, im twelve years old and i started my period a just over a year ago. The problem is that i haven't had it for the past three months, just tons and tons of discharge. Like, so much that i have to wear a even have to wear a pad. I have no idea what it is, i mean, im Definitely not pregnant Or going through menopause... i know i should go to the doctor (and thisll probably sound stupid) but i dont want to have to like take off my underwear and have him stick something up there or something. Plus, i live in an incredibly small town so we dont have a gynecologist. If you know of any like diseases or whatever Please tell me! Thanks so much <3
