Dell or HP? Which is better?

Hi. I'm recently are looking for a new notebook. But here are some of my suggestions HPG42-366TX (Intel i3-380M & ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470) & Dell Inspiron 14 & 14R. (Intel i3-380M & Built in HD Intel graphics) What do you guys think about these 3 models. I need to install Auto Cad 2009.Can this 3 laptop support the software & which brand is more better or you guys have any new suggestion? Your suggestions is very much appreciated. Thanks.
