Poop Build up, Constipation?

Ok so almost a month my stomach has been making some weird noises an I have been burping/ping gas more than normal. I got pills from the doctor an the stomach noises have stopped but I still am gy. I did not realize till about a week ago that I might be constipated I have been drinking prune juice an good amount of fiber as well as probiotic yogurt and though I poop everyday it does not feel enough like I am backed up? the poop is also like pebble shaped not logs like normal. I have been reading things about colon cleanses and enema's an I think maybe this is what I need, I have increased my water and fiber intake and it has not really helped my stomach just does not feel as good as it should and kind of bloated......HELP.....and sorry if that was kind of graphic
